Biographical Notes

Mark Chin-ngok Lum

Mark Chin-ngok Lum, B.A. (Hons.) DipILM. MScILM.

Community Librarian, Multicultural Services, Coventry Libraries.

I came to Britain in 1997 after retirement from Disciplinary Services of Hong Kong Government. I started my second career as a temporary register in the library. Later I became a library assistant and then a librarian after I was qualified. I am now doing a research on collection management of ethnic minority materials. My research interests include community information, digital services, information retrieval, knowledge organization and representation.
