of Learning Centres at the University of Wolverhampton and Chair of the Regionalism
and Devolution PAG, presented the PAG report to the
LA’s Policy and Resources Committee on 31 May 2001.
“The Committee agreed
to:
- Publicise the report,
on the website and in the Record, as soon as possible
- Circulate the report
to Standing Committees and to Branches and Groups for their views
- Present the report,
as a separate item, to Council
- Establish a Policy Implementation
Group to take forward the recommendations in the report”
 The
Background Papers (covering the situation in each of the Home Nations and Greater
London) to follow
