Using this site

The site contains some references to printed documents, but also to web based resources. Because of the flexible nature of hypertext documents, and the apparently frequent re-building of web sites (often with no links between old and new web addresses), it can be difficult to track down documents over time. Searching for documents on known web sites can be difficult. The ease with which documents can be electronically published in hypertext, Word or Portable Document Format (pdf) ignores the fact that retrieval methods, indexing information (metadata), and new editions or replacements are often left to whim, creating a publication blizzard where navigation is difficult.

For these reasons, you are invited to respond below with changes, additions or comments. Meanwhile, you are invited to make your own explorations, and join the various lists to help you keep in touch.
