Most of the specific material is in the documents below. The most useful bits are probably the European Single Programming Documents that lay out the policy areas for which EU funding can be used in Wales. These follow the guidelines for the main structural funding programmes (ESF, ERDF, EAGGF, FIFG).

The Welsh Assembly site provides searchable access to documents located in its library in English and Welsh.
